Refund & Return Policy

At Preksha Medicare, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below, which explains when and how you can request a return or refund.

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some types of products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (like undergarments or opened personal care items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards & downloadable software
  • Opened health and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If your return is rejected (for example, if the item is damaged or not in its original condition), we will contact you with an explanation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first and then ship your product to our return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking proof.
