Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be unused and sealed.
• Return request must be initiated within 30 days.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, newspapers).
• Opened health supplements or medicines.
• Intimate or sanitary products.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
• Gift cards & downloadable software.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email update. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds

• Books with obvious signs of use.
• Opened CDs, DVDs, or software products.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for exchange.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the item was defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for us to process your return after we receive the item. You will be notified once your refund/exchange is completed.
